Dolphin Rush is a project made for WDC’s “Games for Waves” booth at TwitchCon 2025. Moonflux Interactive was asked to create a compact “booth catcher,” so we rose to the occasion and developed a small, focused game for an android tablet that captured attention amid the crowd.
I handled project management, game design, level generation, performance optimization—basically everything technical. To guarantee levels that are always solvable and genuinely fair I implemented and fine-tuned a Markov chain for procedural generation. And when our Art and Sound teams delivered their assets, I worked closely with them to ensure everything integrated seamlessly into the engine. I also worked closely with the Whale and Dolphin Conservation to make sure their expectations are met.
